Usage:
1. Sodium fluoride is an important fluoride salt and is a raw material for the manufacture of other fluorides.
2. It is used as an agricultural pesticide and has a bactericidal effect.
3. Used as wood preservative, water treatment agent, ceramic pigment, boiling steel manufacturing, light metal fluoride salt treatment agent, smelting refining and protective layer, as UF3 adsorbent in nuclear industry.
4. It is corrosive to aluminum. It is used in cleaning compounds, manufacture of glass, and for many other uses.
